Chinese. And young.

"The arrival of the 90s generation into the employment market this year is causing quite a stir, given their stereotypical attributes of frivolousness and irresponsibility.

Differing from older generations who grew up through political upheavals and economic difficulties, people born in the 90s have largely been able to embrace the material wealth of China's recent economic boom. These Web-savvy young people present a particular skill set. Their advantages include being more flexible, confident and quick to learn but they are also thought to be more selfish and proud than their older peers, worrying some employers."
